Draft champagne with a generous splash of passionfruit and pineapple cider - served in a flute or wine glass.
Kombucha Mule
Draft Kombucha (flavored kombucha; either mango, mint, or strawberry) mixed with fresh mint, simple syrup, a slice of lime, and distilled vodka.
Rhubarb Float
Draft Rhubarb Cider with a Gin floater.
Bourbon Bomb
A healthy pour of Bourbon, added with draft Ginger Cider as a topper and garnished with a lime wedge.
Paradise Rum
Draft Pineapple and Passionfruit Cider mixed with a splash of lime, white rum, and dark rum.
Grapefruit Paloma
Draft Grapefruit Cider mixed with simple syrup, fresh squeezed lime, and Tequila.
Some of our House Brews
Our House Beers consist of local craft beer to San Diego and that of Southern California. Our beer truck pours San Diego breweries such as Benchmark Brewing, Prodigy Brewing, and Legacy Brewing.
